Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible beauty and grooming products. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it, with original packaging and tags. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used beauty/grooming products
  • Personal care items (skincare, haircare after use)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the correct item is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Salon & Beauty Services Policy

All salon and grooming services (including haircut, beard, tattoo, PMU, eyelashes, eyebrows, and related treatments) are non-refundable once the service is completed. If you have any concern regarding a service, please contact us so we can review and assist you accordingly.
