We provide salon services and beauty/grooming products through our website and physical studio. Full payment is required before order processing, unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimated only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or other external factors. We are not responsible for delays once the order is handed to the courier service.

All returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products may not be eligible for return.
7. Appointments and Services
For salon and studio services (hair, beard, tattoo, PMU, eyelashes, eyebrows, and related treatments):
- Advance booking or deposit may be required
- Appointment times are subject to availability
- Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling
- No-shows may result in loss of deposit (if applicable)
- Deposits may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise
8. Tattoo and PMU Services
Clients acknowledge that:
- Results may vary from person to person
- Proper aftercare is required for best results
- Healing time differs individually
- Touch-ups may incur additional charges
- We are not responsible for issues caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including logos, images, text, designs, and branding is the property of The Barber & Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the website for illegal activities
- Provide false or misleading information
